This opens the offline version of the Emu64 help files.
Note
Emu64 can connect to this online version of the help files that are always up to date as they are always expanded.
When there are huge changes to the help files the new help files will be offered for free download in the download area of the Emu64 forum.
You just copy this to the Emu64 directory and overwrite the old help files.
