With this menu item you open a window to control the C64 CPU speed with. You can change the speed whenever you want without stopping the emulation.

You can change the speed with the slider control to values between 5% and 500%. 100% means normal CPU speed (for the C64 0.9852486MHz (PAL)).

The buttons 5%, 25%, 50%, 100%, 200%, 300%, 400% and 500% are predefined values you set by clicking on the button. The pause button stops the emulation.

Sometimes it can be helpful to slow down a game to 90% of its speed and get through some tough areas ;)
