^{Menu: Tools → Debugger / Disassembler → CPU Logging Start [ALT-F10]}

This function stores every access and action of the C64 CPU to a text file. When you call the function a dialog menu opens and ask you where you want to save the file and what name the file should have. After this the logging starts automatically. The log file is in your default text file format.

You can also press the keys ALT+F10 combined to start logging your CPU.
