Menu: Tools → Quick Freezing → Load Backup [SHIFT-F11]
When you click on this menu item Emu64 loads the last saved C64 state. For more details read the note below.
Note
Since version 4.30beta2 Emu64 saves the state of the emulated Commodore C64 when you close Emu64. It is possible to enable and disable this function under
Menu: Settings → Emu64 Settings → Emulation with the option 
automatically load last C64 State. Active this and the last C64 state is always present when you start up Emu64.
