Menu: Tools → Screenshot [F12]
Click on this menu item or press the F12 key and Emu64 produces a screenshot of what currently is on your emulated C64 screen. The screenshots are saved to „My Documents/EMU64/Screenshots/“. The image files are saved with the name „Emu64_<Counter>.XXX“. The <counter> is a 4 digit number starting with 0000 and incremented by one with every screenshot. XXX is your prefered image format. The default format is PNG. You can choose from BMP, JPG, PNG, DDS, PPM, DIB, HDR and PFM. Use the settings under Settings→ Emu64 Settings → Graphic to change the imageformat and reset the counter.
Note
The images are saved with 384 x 272 pixels or 768 x 544 pixels. This depends on the settings you have under Settings → Emu64 Settings → Graphics → double texture size.
