^{Menu: Settings → Emu64 Settings}

You can change different settings for Emu64 and the emulation within these menus. If you click on the menu item the setup window opens.

Clicking on one of the tabs in the header of the setup window has the same effect as clicking one of the sub menu items under Emu64 Settings. Clicking the red cross in the upper right corner closes the window. Changes are saved autmatically.
